Contact Management

With Acquaint, everyone you deal with - Vendors, Applicants, Landlords, Tenants, Purchasers, Solicitors etc, are stored as Contacts. All Contacts are maintained through a simple but comprehensive single screen from which you can quickly find and browse their details.

Contacts can be categorised, grouped, sorted and reported on in a multitude of ways using predefined or user-definable fields, and if Acquaint doesn’t have a field you want you can simply create it!

Acquaint will also remove duplicate Contacts with automatic name checking and provides intelligent addressing as the software learns your postcodes.

Notes, Tasks, Property Offers, and Appointments can also be stored against each Contact.
